This screen is all matte, with no focus aid. The central 13mm circle is smooth and matte, with the Fresnel lens grooves covering the matte outer field of the screen. Without a focus aid, adjusting focus (in those cameras that require it) can be a little more difficult with this screen than it is with the MP and MPD.

Use ONLY canned air, distilled water or a dry microfiber cloth to clean the screen. To minimize the need for cleaning, protect the screen by keeping the viewfinder hood closed whenever you’re not actually using it. |
